The new website had to portray their ‘leader’ stance front and centre, promote a huge product catalogue, merchandise products, leverage International collateral and social media assets and uphold a high standard of technical support to customers.
Our User Experience team reviewed the existing website, past analytics and conducted workshops with the Management Team which helped us produce a newer, simpler Information Architecture (IA) and serve valuable information to our design and development departments.
Our design team led co-design workshops to define the preferred user flows and interactions whilst our development team undertook a comprehensive Solution Design (Technical Scoping) phase to map administration needs, implement new business processes and confirm third-party integration requirements.
After digesting International branding guidelines the creative team drafted a design rationale which considered colour, typography, imagery, iconography and layout; and produced two responsive design compositions for the client to consider – one complimentary to the brands vibrant and natural tones and the second favouring the raw and authentic feel of the brand.
Finally, we rolled out WordPress to enable product merchandising and extensive CMS control and produced customised development work to enable back-office efficiency and the logging of after-sales service requests.
