Customer & user experience (UX)

Simple, functional digital experiences that your users will love, based on real insights from your customers.

What

User experience or UX design describes how easy (or difficult) it is for someone to use your website or app. For example, how simple is it to find the information they’re looking for? How straightforward is it to complete a task – like submitting a form or downloading a file?

Your website’s user experience has a direct impact on whether your customers come back to your site – and whether they do what you need them to do. A bad user experience design can frustrate users, while a positive user experience can help you achieve your organisational goals.

If your website will have a Content Management System like Drupal, WordPress or Joomla we’ll define the user experience and produce UX design beforehand.

Why

Making hard things simple is our mantra. Our goal is to help you simplify the complex and exceed your users’ expectations. We want to create intuitive, beautiful user experiences that are driven by research. This means we dig deep to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and where improvements to the user experience can be made.

By identifying your users’ needs, behaviours and motivations, we’re able to produce outcomes that resonate – and inform future outputs. Not to mention, our designs comply with WCAG2.0 guidelines so people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technologies (such as screen readers), can access the content you produce.
